The laptop is dieing. It has been a looooooooong sloooooooooow process but it is now doing the death rattle and made some noice yesterday that my neighbor heard. This is one of the few sites I can access. I will be getting a Nexus 10 in a few weeks. Thank heaven for a generous brother.
With the surgery set for December 26 and being basicly bedfast for several weeks, it will be nice to have a tablet on the bedside table which does everything I will need. I have wanted a tablet as there are days on end when I can't get to the laptop. Now I have an undeniable excuse.
Yesterday was my birthday and my aid came and we had a party. Happiness is my favorite Subway sub and a bag full of smell good stuff. I feel totally pampered.
The fibro flare from the round trip to Louisville hasn't eased up yet. This is getting old. I hate to think how long it will last after the surgery. Last time it was months. We shall see. It will all be worth it when I am on the other side. Hopefully, this will be the last one as I am getting too old for this nonsense.
