I  am thrilled with the pre-op appt.  It looks like it will be a same day procedure.  I will spend a few days with my younger daughter and then come home.  The surgery is set for Dec. 26.  That will work out well as when I am discharged, we can all go back to her house for a Christmas dinner.  We haven't all been together at the same time for Christmas for decades.  I'll be a bit stoned but what the heck?  This computer is on it's last leg and will be getting a Nexus 10 shortly.  That will be a real relief.
